Atherton Corridor

The Atherton Avenue Corridor consists of that portion of Atherton Avenue in Novato between HWY 101 (at the Atherton Ave. / San Marin exit) and HWY 37 (at the Black Point / Stonetree exit).

The Atherton Corridor has evolved over the past 10-20 years into a highly desirable part of Novato, featuring open spaces, large parcels, horse properties, estates, view homes, and gated compound-type properties. There are several neighborhoods along Atherton Avenue: Rush Creek, Greenpoint, Black Point, Stonetree, and Olive Ridge. Many of these are quite high-end, while others are mixed. All are characterized by a more “country” feel.

My name is Kyle Frazier and I am an expert on Novato’s Atherton Corridor and surrounding neighborhoods. I am a broker and certified residential specialist with Frank Howard Allen Realtors, the largest and most respected real estate firm in Marin County. Please call me at (415) 350-9440 if you would like to discuss Atherton’s horse properties, or view properties, or Novato in general. It is always my pleasure to be of service.
