Stonetree

“Wow!” That is how many describe the amazing homes in Novato’s preeminent, gated, luxury neighborhood of Stonetree. Started about 5 years ago and just finished last year, Novato’s Stonetree consists of 54 luxury homes. These are large homes (e.g., many over 4,000 sq. ft.) that sit on large parcels (most are over .5 acres) with prices starting at about $1.5 million. 

Most homes have views of the Stonetree Golf Course and some have amazing panaoramic views of the Bay, stretching out from Napa to Southern Marin. There is also a community pool and virtually endless hiking and biking opportunities here. 

Moreover, as Stonetree is located just off HWY 37, it is a mere 15 minutes to Sonoma Square–our favorite place to waste afternoons (my kids would point instead to Sonoma’s delightful Train Town). In any event, winetasting and winery touring is within easy striking distance, as is the Sonoma Mission Inn, Auberge, and other fine resorts.
